You coordinate a location of an event. Your job in CueRing is short: tell the operations room each time a step is completed at your location, and answer the checklists. Everything works from your phone.
Setting up your account
- You receive an email, “You are invited to coordinate: …”, with the event, the location and the date.
- Open the link in the email. It works once.
- Choose a username and a password. Remember them: you’ll use them on the day of the event.
- You land on My events. Next time, simply log in.
If you already have a CueRing account with the same email, you won’t receive an invitation: the new location simply appears in My events.
My events
My events lists your events, each with its date and the locations you coordinate. Tap Manage next to a location to open it.

Notes (optional)
- The next step. The card at the top always shows the one step you have to report next.
- When that step is done at your location, add a note if useful (“started 5 minutes late”), then tap Confirm Step Completed. The operations room sees it within seconds.
- Made a mistake? Tap Undo next to the last completed step. Only the last step can be undone. To go further back, undo again.
- Checklists. Answer each check with ✓ (OK) or ✗ (Not OK). You can change an answer by tapping the other button.
Steps are reported one at a time and in order: you can’t skip a step. If a step did not happen at your location, report it anyway and explain in the notes.
When every step is done, the page shows “All steps completed!”.
The post-event checklist
The post-event checklist stays locked, marked “Complete all steps first”, until you have reported every step. Then it opens like the pre-event one.
After the event
From the day after the event, your location is read-only: you can still see it, but no longer change it. The page shows “This event has passed and can no longer be modified.”
Good habits on the day
- Log in before the event and answer the pre-event checklist early.
- Report each step as soon as it’s done: the operations room is watching.
- Keep your phone charged. A report you forget to send makes your location look late on the dashboard.
