How it works
Three screens, one source of truth

Operations Staff
Create the event, add locations with their coordinator's email, define the steps and the pre- and post-event checklists. Open the dashboard, share a public link, export everything to Excel.

Coordinator Mobile first
Invited by email with a single-use link. Picks a username and password, then sees only their locations: one big button for the next step, optional notes, undo for the last one, OK / Not OK checklists.

Public screen No login
A read-only dashboard behind a private link, for the big screen in the venue, the press room or a partner. Same live grid, same checklist summary, nothing to sign into.
Built-in rules
A run of show that can't go off script
The same rules apply to every screen and every user, so the dashboard never shows a state the event could not have reached.
One step at a time
Steps are completed strictly in order at each location.
Only the last can be undone
A mis-tap is fixable; history cannot be rewritten.
Checklists open when it's time
The post-event checklist unlocks once every step is done.
Past events are locked
Yesterday's event opens read-only, for everyone.
